- 🔹 Surgical Training:Stepwise hands-on training in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), endoscopic ear surgery, microlaryngeal surgery, and more
- 🔹 Workshops & Conferences: Participation in live surgical workshops and academic conferences
- 🔹 Research & Publications: Fellows are encouraged to publish case reports or research papers in reputed journals

Program Structure
- Duration: 12 months.
- Stipend:
First Year: ₹40,000 per month.
Second Year: ₹70,000 per month.
- Post-Fellowship Opportunity: Eligible for Junior Consultant position upon successful completion.
